The Challenge
We faced the challenge of replicating an outdated Windows-based desktop software interface while resolving issues related to real-time stock synchronisation. Our goal was to empower pharmacies to place orders from anywhere in the world, on any device. Our solution was tailored to meet the demands of high volume and reliability.
The Approach
Our approach involved leveraging AngularJS for an enriched UI interface and employing the secure PHP framework Yii for the backend. By establishing connections to the internal ERP through APIs, we ensured instantaneous order processing and real-time stock availability updates. Our secure multi-server setup enables us to efficiently handle several hundred orders per minute, ensuring seamless operations even during high-demand periods.
